The Alkimos Titans Baseball Club is proud to officially announce the appointment of Sair Turbutt as President of our club.

​

Sair’s journey with the Titans has been one of dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to our players, families, volunteers, and community. Over the years, she has become one of the driving forces behind the continued growth and success of Alkimos Ball Club, helping shape the welcoming, family-focused environment that our members know and love today.

​

Prior to stepping into the President’s role, Sair served as our VP Junior Baseball Coordinator, where her leadership and tireless efforts played a significant role in the development of our junior program. Her commitment to growing the game, supporting young players, and creating opportunities for families has left a lasting impact throughout the club.

 

These efforts were recognised when she was awarded Club Member of the Year, a reflection of the countless hours she has dedicated to helping our club thrive.

Sair’s contribution extends far beyond administration. Whether coaching our junior players, stepping onto the field as an umpire, mentoring volunteers, supporting families, or working behind the scenes to ensure the club continues to grow, she consistently leads by example. Her passion for building confidence in young athletes, fostering friendships, and creating a positive and inclusive culture is at the heart of everything she does.

As Alkimos Titans continues to grow, Sair’s vision for the future focuses on strengthening our club culture, expanding opportunities for players of all ages, supporting volunteers and coaches, and ensuring the Titans remain a welcoming home for baseball families across our community.

The impact Sair has on our club extends well beyond the diamond. Her leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to the Titans family continue to inspire those around her and help create an environment where players and families can learn, grow, and enjoy the game of baseball.

On behalf of the entire Alkimos Titans Baseball Club community, we would like to congratulate Sair on her appointment as President and thank her for everything she has done, and continues to do, for our club.

Sun City Thunder Charter is a high performance program fielding baseball teams to compete in WA's State tournament which runs over Easter long weekend and National tournaments.

​

Congratulations to our members Justin Hoen (Head Coach), Alex Malihoudis (Assistant Coach) on their staff appointments and to our Titans Jensen Johns, Maddison Hoen and Matthew Castle on their draft to Sun City Thunder 2024 Little League team. Despite adversity of losing Head Coach Justin over 2 days during the tournament., the team battled hard and pulled together! Such an exciting, amazing experience! Thunders LL team finished 3rd on the ladder which was FANTASTIC result!

We would also like to congratulate our other Little League players Arley Turbutt on his draft to Cavaliers Little League team and Amelia Castle, Oakley and Ashton O'Hara and Olly Burns on their draft to Carine Cats Machine Pitch Team. WELL DONE!

Sporting Schools is a Australian Government initiative designed to help schools increase children's participation in sport and connect them with community sport opportunities.

Sporting Schools programs are provided free to children and their families to help students build the confidence and capability to be active for life.
